This So Cal food truck just opened their second brick and mortar in Las Vegas. Add fresh mango, strawberry, Li Hing Mui (sweet, salty, sour, dried plum powder) to their pineapple fluff. If we didn’t tell you it was Vegan, you wouldn’t know. Donut Bar donuts, small-batch ice cream in flavors no one else in Las Vegas is a making. This ube paradise is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots! Their ube ice cream is super creamy, and perfect in their Monster Shakes, or their Halo Halo Bread Pudding!
