Momofuku Milk Bar is finally here and “Crack Pie” heads and foodies are flooding The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Chances are you’ve seen one of owner and founder, Christina Tosi’s crazy creations flooding the internet a la Instagram. Milk Bar put “Cereal Milk” soft serve on the map and created a small dessert empire on the East Coast. The location at The Cosmopolitan is the first on the West Coast and hopefully not the last.
