5 Vegas Sandwich Spots Putting Some Fun Between the Buns!

Looking for some fun between the buns? Something you can wrap your hands around and sink your teeth into? Get your mind out of the gutter, because I’m talking about sandwiches—hoagies, subs grinders, not Grindr. Here’s 5 Vegas Sandwich Spots Putting Some Fun Between the Buns!

The Goodwich

Downtown: 900 S Las Vegas Blvd, #120, Las Vegas, NV 89101
Southwest: 7355 S. Buffalo Dr, Suite G, Las Vegas, NV 89113

This downtown staple just opened a brand spanking new second location in the SW. For their rotating “Pig of the Week” you’ll have to stick with downtown, but the new location boasts non-sandwich dinner entrees, and a little birdie told me brunch is coming soon.

It’s ooey-gooey cheesy deliciousness – The Cheese Bomb

Don’t sleep on their Ruben – I am NOT a Ruben fan, but theirs is magic.

Maybe a little something sweet instead? The Fluff n Nut makes for a happy ending.

Big B’s BBQ

3019 St Rose Pkwy Trail #130, Henderson, NV 89052

Owner Brian drives all the way to Texas to get the mesquite wood for smoking, so you know they aren’t half-assing anything, including their Brisket Sandwich.

Off-menu alert: Texas Cheesesteak. Tri-tip, onions, peppers, melted provolone. Don’t mess with Texas.

Bagel Cafe

301 N Buffalo Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89145

While other delicatessens are skimping, Bagel Cafe has hefty portions without the hefty prices.

Overstuffed Roast Beef on a Super Egg Bagel, don’t leave without a black and white cookie and some jelly rings.

Mama Bird

10550 Southern Highlands Pkwy #140, Las Vegas, NV 89141

If Chip and Joanna Gaines ever opened a BBQ and Fried Chicken restaurant, they would get their decorating tips from Mama Bird. Put some south in your mouth here with pimento cheese and an ice cold Cheerwine.

Salt and Pepper Brisket – Pimento Cheese Grilled Cheese

Everybody has Chicken and Waffles, but Mama Bird’s Chicken and Waffle Sandwich is like nothing we’ve ever seen before!

Cornmeal waffle, huge fried chicken tenders, mac and cheese – whoa mama!

Truffles n Bacon Cafe

8872 S Eastern Ave #100, Las Vegas, NV 89123

People can’t get enough of their 15lb Belly of the Beast, but Chef Jackie has some of the most creative (and delicious) sandwiches in town!

Me Love you Longanisa Time – Longanisa sausage, acadero cheese, peppadew, on UBE bread! (Who comes up with these names? So creative!)
