This week, we’re featuring @maddiinthekitchen (follow her now, trust us.) and this lady knows how to work a camera. She also runs the marketing for some of your favorite foodie spots in town. Enjoy. Take it away, Madison…

1. Favorite Quick Bite to Eat – Haute Doggery

“If you don’t like hot dogs, are you even American?! Haute Doggery has 20 different types of hot dogs that are so over the top, that the menu includes a Kobe Beef dog, and a deep fried dog wrapped in bacon. These dogs make for the perfect Instagram shot! If you’re really not feeling a dog, they do have burgers that will leave you completely satisfied. The Southern Smokehouse Burger features BBQ beef brisket, cole slaw, pickles, onion rings, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce.” Haute Doggery located in The LINQ Promenade 3545 Las Vegas Blvd. Suite L-30 89109

2. Favorite Cheat Day Spot – Holstein’s Shakes and Buns

A-Chocolypse Now (5)

“Although Holsteins is known for their burgers, you better make sure you leave room for a Bam-Boozled Milkshake. With 11 different boozy shakes to choose from, you really can’t go wrong! I’ve tried just about all of them (don’t judge me), but I’d have to say my new favorite is A-Chocolypse Now, double chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce, Pinnacle Chocolate Vodka, and Oreo crumbs. Chocolate lovers will not be disappointed! If you’re really trying to ruin your diet, start off with the Poutine, French fries, cheese curds, shredded short rib, & stout gravy. The God Standard burger is another fan favorite.” Holsteins Shakes and Buns located in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas 3708 S. Las Vegas Blvd 89109

3. Favorite Spot to Dine on the Strip – LAVO Las Vegas

LAVO 20 Layer Cake

“I’m not sure if it’s the live DJ or the patio dining, but you just feel super trendy when you dine at LAVO Las Vegas. The Italian eatery is notorious for their 1lb Wagyu Meatball and Oreo Zeppoles but my personal fav is the 20 Layer Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cake. That’s right 20 whole layers of pure indulgence, and trust me I counted! I highly suggest you share this cake as it stands about 8inches tall. This cake is truly a little (or large) slice of heaven. And you never know, you may end up brushing shoulders with a celeb or two.” LAVO Las Vegas located in the Palazzo 3325 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

4. Favorite New Brunch Spot – Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar

Hearthstone French Toast

“One of my favorite things to do on the weekend is get together with friends for a boozy brunch on a patio, and Hearthstone hits the mark. Their patio is absolutely perfect when complemented with a mimosa and your best girlfriends. Order one of everything to share for the table, and you better make sure you order the Salted Caramel French Toast. It’s a cinnamon sticky bun with hazelnuts, banana maple syrup and huckleberries.” Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar located at Red Rock Casino 11011 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135

5. Favorite Spot to Cure my Sweet Tooth – CREAM Summerlin

CREAM - Summerlin

“As you can probably tell, I have a huge sweet tooth. CREAM in Downtown Summerlin is definitely my go to spot when the cravings kick in. I mean, how can you say no to ice cream sandwiched between two fresh out of the oven cookies? You don’t. My favorite is a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Boring, I know, but you can’t go wrong with the classics.” CREAM – Summerlin 1980 Festival Plaza Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135
